With 15 years of extensive experience in the airport industry, Innovative Airport Solutions is a leading player in the baggage loading sector. AAT's expertise lies in the development, implementation and maintenance of state-of-the-art baggage loading and unloading systems. Over the years, AAT Automation GmbH has successfully delivered state-of-the-art technology solutions to improve the efficiency, reliability and safety of baggage loading processes.

Our track record speaks for itself, with several installations currently operating in some of the largest and busiest airports in the world. These installations demonstrate our commitment to providing solutions that meet the unique needs of high-traffic environments while ensuring the seamless movement of passengers' bags from check-in to the aircraft.

We are proud to introduce our latest innovation - a newly developed robot designed to help shape the future of airport operations: the Automated Baggage Loading Equipment ABLE MK2. This advanced robot is tailored to help airports meet the challenges of tomorrow. Equipped with state-of-the-art AI and robotics capabilities, our robot supports various tasks, from baggage loading and unloading to security checks. By automating complicated processes, we aim to increase efficiency, minimise human error and optimise the overall passenger experience.

At Innovative Airport Solutions, we don't just adapt to change, we drive it. Our goal is to revolutionise airport operations through innovation and reliability. With our extensive industry knowledge, proven track record of successful installations and integration of futuristic robotics, we are committed to shaping the airports of the future today.

Our efforts have not gone unnoticed. AAT has at the fair interAirport a double award interAirport-Exhibition. In 2011, we were the proud recipients of the esteemed Innovation Award, a recognition that underlines our commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology and automation. Four years later, in 2015, we were recognised again when we won the award for our revolutionary baggage unloading system. This success has reinforced our position as an industry leader in providing innovative solutions tailored to the changing needs of airport operations. These awards reflect not only our technical prowess, but also the collaborative spirit that characterises AAT Automation GmbH. They spur us on to continue to redefine the landscape of automation and set new standards for excellence.

In the ever-evolving field of airport operations, the integration of cutting-edge technologies has become essential to optimise efficiency and improve the passenger experience. One outstanding solution that is attracting a lot of attention is the ABLE (Automated Baggage Loading Equipment) system, which automates the loading of baggage onto cargo and containers.

While automation of baggage handling in terminals, from check-in counters to baggage claim, has reached a remarkable level, loading baggage into trolleys and cargo is still done manually. ABLE completes the automation cycle and offers unprecedented efficiency gains.

Within the terminals, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems have become indispensable for transporting baggage between the various check-in points.

The introduction of ABLE brings a number of benefits for airport operations. First and foremost is the elimination of labour costs in baggage handling. By automating the loading and unloading process, airports can significantly reduce their dependence on human labour and thus optimise their financial resources.

In addition, the introduction of ABLE will drastically reduce the risk of injuries and health hazards associated with manual baggage handling. The physically demanding nature of this task often leads to strains, sprains and other musculoskeletal injuries for workers. ABLE's precision-engineered technology ensures that baggage is handled with the utmost care, minimising accidents and ensuring the well-being of staff.
